System Coverage
The home inspection consists of an analysis of the property, conducted in a completely objective and professional manner to identify any non-functioning systems, damaged building components, safety issues, and the quality of installations. We use state of the art technology such as thermal imagery to evaluate a property to locate moisture problems, missing insulation, structural issues, and possible electrical issues not visible to the naked eye. A detailed computerized report containing pictures (with diagrams if needed) and information describing the findings of the inspection, will be provided to the client.
