ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING

Mold Sampling/Survey
In addition to the home inspection, we are IESO certified to do a mold sampling and survey of the home using swabs, tapes and/or air sampling equipment.

Water Testing
FHA loans require Lead, Nitrate/Nitrite, E-Coli and Coliform testing of water. We can provide water testing results from samples that have been retrieved in the afternoon with turn around times no greater than 48 hours for test results.

Radon Testing
Indoor Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States and the leading cause among non-smokers. If radon is a concern in your home or the home you are thinking of purchasing we can provide 48 hour turn around times once samples have been taken.

Soil Testing
We can test the soil for a variety of bacteria's and chemicals. Gardeners are often concerned with what type of soil they will be growing in. If there are concerns in the area that you may be gardening, give us a call.

Termites
We work with a local licensed termite inspector to coordinate with the home inspection. If you are interested in having us line this up, give us a call.
