Septic Inspections

API serves El Paso, Elbert and Douglas Counties. API provides thorough inspections of your complete system to ensure it is operational and up to code so you can obtain your use permit. The last thing we want is your system to not function properly or to be unsafe.

Use Permit

El Paso, Elbert and Douglas counties require a Septic Use Permit to transfer a title upon sale or adding additional bedrooms. This requires a NAWT Inspector to certify that the system is functioning correctly and up to code. At API, we are certified to perform these inspections. We will also take care of all the paperwork and submission of your Use Permit as well as getting your tank pumped.

Minor Repairs

API also provides minor repairs during your septic inspection to bring your system up to code. Some repairs include adding risers, adding poly lids, repairing observation ports, securing float trees, adding couplers to bring risers to surface, etc.
